The affordable housing development Watershed will open in late 2023 in Renton.
Financing for a 145-unit affordable housing project in Renton closed this week thanks to private funding from Microsoft-backed Evergreen Impact Housing Fund (EIHF) and Citi Community Capital. It also used public money from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
